Ooey Gooey & Chewy Cookie Cake
This simple gluten and dairy-free cookie cake is chewy and made with a blondie brownie recipe that is healthy and yet, so mouth watering!
Servings: 8 people
Preheat oven to 350°F
In mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add the coconut oil, sugar, maple syrup, egg and vanilla extract. stir until just combined.
(Let your mixture cool before this step, if your coconut oil was hot) Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Add to skillet
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the blondie is cooked through.
