Easy paleo recipe for chocolate lovers! You can easily add toppings or flavorings, as well!
Servings: 3 Chocolate Bars (equivalent)
Measure coconut oil and melt in a small saucepan on medium heat.
Once completely melted, whisk in the Organic Cacao Powder until completely dissolved, then reduce heat to lowest setting.
Next, whisk in your maple syrup. Note: The syrup likes to sink to the bottom and then will only be on the bottom of your chocolate mixture, so make sure you whisk thoroughly.
Optional: Add flavorings or additional ingredients here, such as peppermint candies, nuts, etc.
Add mixture into parchment paper lined bread tins or any other baking pan with sides. Optional: Add your toppings to the mixture at this point.
Freeze for 1 hour and chocolate will be ready to eat/serve. Tip: Due to the coconut oil, you will want to keep this chocolate in the freezer.
