S'mores Cookies
These gluten & dairy free S'mores Cookies are so soft and chewy. The marshmallows add a delicious ooey gooey texture and also a caramel-y flavor!

Ingredients

or butter

Brown Sugar

Almond Flour

Chocolate Chips

Mini Marshmallows

Baking Soda

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla extract in
stand mixer
.
Then beat in eggs.
Mix in almond flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.
Add in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Drop about 1 1/2 Tbsp of dough onto baking sheets - 2 inches apart.
Press each ball of dough down to flatten, so they bake evenly. As you would a peanut butter cookie, for example.
If you are baking two trays at a time, bake for 6 minutes and rotate pans in the oven. (This will help them bake evenly)
Bake for 6 more minutes. Watch them carefully. Take cookies out when the bottoms are golden brown.
Leave on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing and cooling on
cooling rack
